Some of the enacted laws covered in the report include:

- a new requirement for the State Board of Education to draft and distribute a bill of rights to students receiving special education services or their parents or guardians,
- expanded health and behavioral therapy coverage for individuals with autism spectrum disorder, and
- a new deposit account to help eligible individuals save private funds for qualifying expenses for disability or blindness.
